🔄 Exchange Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Applicable only on selected products (as marked on product page).
• Request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

• Size issues
• Wrong item delivered
• Minor defects (subject to approval)
• Mismatch with description/images

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Innerwear, cosmetics, hygiene products
• Perishables (e.g., food, flowers)
• Customized or free promotional products

4. Exchange Process

• Login to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Click "Exchange"
• Choose reason and replacement item (if available)
• Pickup will be arranged, and replacement shipped post verification

5. Pickup Conditions

• Securely packed, with original tags/accessories/invoice
• If QC fails, exchange will be denied

6. Replacement Timeline

Replacements are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after pickup.

7. Cancellation of Exchange

Shopjilla reserves the right to cancel the exchange request due to policy violation, unavailability, or failed quality check.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts (or applicable city).
