🚚 Shopjilla Terms & Conditions for Logistic Partners

These terms govern the business relationship between Shopjilla E-commerce LLP ("Shopjilla") and the Logistic Partner ("You" or "Partner") for providing delivery, return, and logistics-related services to buyers and sellers on the Shopjilla platform.
📦 1. Scope of Services
- Pick up products from Shopjilla vendors.
- Deliver products to customers securely and on time.
- Handle returns and return them to sellers.
- Update tracking and delivery status via portal or API.
- Collect cash for COD orders and remit to Shopjilla.
✅ 2. Onboarding Requirements
- Be a legally registered entity (LLP, Pvt Ltd, Proprietorship).
- Hold valid GSTIN, PAN, and FSSAI (if applicable).
- Sign a Logistics Service Agreement with Shopjilla.
- Submit service coverage and capacity reports.
- Integrate with Shopjilla’s order system or use the partner app.
📄 3. Documentation & Compliance
- Submit KYC documents: PAN, GST, address proof, etc.
- Ensure delivery staff have valid IDs and follow safety protocols.
- Use only background-verified personnel for delivery.
🕓 4. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
- Non-Metro & Remote: 3–7 business days
- Same-day/Next-day (if agreed) must be honored
- Returns: Pickups within 48 hours of request
- Delays or SLA breaches may lead to penalties or suspension
💰 5. Payment Terms
- Billing: Weekly or Monthly (as per agreement)
- Payment: NEFT/RTGS/UPI to registered bank
- COD Remittance: Within 3–5 working days of delivery
- Shopjilla may deduct penalties for lost/damaged/later deliveries
🚨 6. Loss, Theft & Damages
- Partner is liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit
- Claims to be raised within 15 days of the incident
- Insurance is mandatory for high-value shipments
👩⚖️ 7. Legal Compliance
- Comply with Indian laws incl. Motor Vehicle Act, Labour Laws
- Maintain delivery records and tracking logs for audit
- Refrain from unethical or fraudulent practices
🔄 8. Return to Origin (RTO) & Reattempts
- Max. 2 delivery attempts allowed
- If undelivered, initiate RTO
- Return RTO items to seller in original condition within 7 days
📲 9. Tracking & Communication
- Enable real-time tracking and proof of delivery (POD)
- Provide SMS/Email/WhatsApp alerts if API-linked
- Maintain customer support access via email/helpdesk/phone
📌 10. Termination
- Shopjilla may terminate for breach of agreement or misconduct
- Reasons include: customer complaints, fraud, insolvency
- 15-day notice required unless terminated for cause
🔐 11. Confidentiality
All logistics data, customer details, and business information are confidential. Disclosure or misuse without written consent is strictly prohibited.
📍 12. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan (or applicable location).

- Invoices, TDS and payment records
- UPI or wallet details (if applicable)
4. Purpose of Data Collection
- Enable logistics operations and shipment tracking
- Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
- Uphold quality and safety standards
- Manage payments and settlements
- Handle claims, disputes, or service issues
- Improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction
5. Sharing of Information
- Internally: With authorized Shopjilla teams for operations and legal purposes
- With Customers: Delivery agent name and phone for coordination
- Third Parties: Logistics software, payment gateways (with strict confidentiality agreements)
- Legal Bodies: Law enforcement or government on valid request
6. Data Security
- Encryption (at rest and in transit)
- Role-based access controls
- Secure cloud storage systems
- Regular audits and compliance checks
Third-party systems used by Shopjilla must follow data security protocols.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as required for legal or business purposes. Afterwards, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights as a Logistic Partner
- Access your stored personal and company information
- Request corrections
- Request deletion (subject to legal requirements)
