Refund and Returns Policy

💸 Shopjilla Refund Policy for Customers/Buyers

At Shopjilla, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience. If your order doesn't meet expectations, we offer easy and transparent refund options. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • The product is returned due to damage, defect, incorrect item, or quality issues.
  • The order is cancelled by the customer before it is shipped.
  • The product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled.
  • The product is not delivered within the promised delivery timeline.

Note: Refund is only applicable if the return or cancellation request is valid and approved by Shopjilla’s support team.

2. Refund Timeline

Debit / Credit Card Original source 5–7 business days
Net Banking Original bank account 4–7 business days
Cash on Delivery NEFT to customer’s bank account 5–7 business days (after bank detail verification)

Note: Refund time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

3. Refund for COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank account or UPI ID will be requested after the return is picked up and verified.
  • Refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS within 5–7 business days.

4. Conditions for Refund

  • The returned item is received in its original condition (unused, with tags, packaging, and accessories).
  • The product passes the quality check.
  • The return request was made within the eligible return window (usually 7 days).
  • Once the security tag is removed by you, the product will not be eligible for return or refund. Conditions apply to all customers.

5. Refund Process

  1. Initiate return/cancellation from your Shopjilla account.
  2. Choose refund as your preferred resolution.
  3. Once the return is picked up and inspected, refund is processed automatically.

You will receive an email and SMS notification once the refund is initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., perishable goods, hygiene products).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Freebies or promotional items.

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan (or applicable state/city).
